Get to know Ms. Liz

  • While I am not a teacher, I love dancing and am particularly fond of salsa dancing and line dancing (talk about polar opposites)!

  • My parents are my inspiration. They came from extremely humble beginnings and taught me to work hard, make a plan and chase my dreams. They also inspire me to be an amazing role model and inspiration to my beautiful children.

  • I love attending the year-end recital and seeing all the hard work pay off for all our dancers. There is something truly “full circle” and special seeing our littlest ballerinas who are so excited to show off their shimmery tutu’s to our senior dancers taking their final bow. It’s such a magical day filled with so much passion and joy.

  • Both! It’s so hard to decide.

  • I’m always down for a good bowl of French onion soup or a caprese sandwich on a toasted baguette! So, soup AND sandwich!

  • Anyone who “knows” me knows I love a good beer (Beligan beers, to be specific). But I’ve grown very appreciative of a good Cabernet Sauvignon, too!

  • Now that I live in North Carolina, I can honestly say anything outdoors! Hiking, boating on the lake, leisurely travel along the Blue Ridge Parkway - it’s the best! I’ve also become quite the reader, though I haven’t been able to read much while I finish school.

  • Panera, Target, Starbucks, Kohls, Homegoods and anything locally made - from local honey to soaps and candles!
